My family farm will provide the corn that I will distill into E100 fuel. How much timing will I need to pull on my 2004 CTS-V to run on 190 proof moonshine?

You need to have new fuel lines and fuel pump can handle the ethanol as well as a tune for E100. I suggest you find something that will adjust the tune to the octane level in your gas tank....

Won’t the ECU adjust that?

Not so much timing as you will need to pump more fuel in to the engine. Alcohol has less energy per unit than gas.

190 proof is E95, which is pretty close to hydrated ethanol fuel like what is available in Brazil. You might have problems with starting and calibration at that ethanol concentration. You shouldn’t need to pull timing, though. Rather, you may find that ideal timing is even more advanced.
Edit: CCC reminded me that the -V model is definitely NOT flex-fuel. So, yea. Hardware changes. Lots.

Injectors, fuel pump, a motec, and some quality dyno time should get you sorted out

You’re going to need to increase timing, to start. For that you’re going to need a new tune on the ECU and you’ll need to know what you’re doing to mess with that.
Bigger injectors, possibly a different fuel pump. Things like injector seals and fuel lines will also need to be addressed.
You’ll either need to make sure your fuel is always the same proof/percentage/whatever, or find the needed sensors and tunes for it to adjust the tune as needed.

I’m just starring this for the Copperhead Road video. :-)

And possibly injectors...

What’s the distillation cost of E100 like, anyway?

Yes, my ECU is E85 capable, I just need to enable that circuit and add a pin to my wiring socket. But I will need the fuel pump and fuel composition sensor from a flex fuel Escalade

My dad hates E85, so I can take the ethanol sensor from his Avalanche and add it to my fuel system

Me too. I’m about to do two more Forms 1 as well, and I’m waiting on a Form 4.

I just finished a semi-auto 1919 Browning machine gun. I have a 100 round linked belt of 30.06 tracer ammo. Why tracer? I live in rural FL and I will set the scrub on fire to get out of a street racing charge

Barrels are easy to replace, and they’re cheap.

My lines are all stainless, I just need a flex fuel Avalanche sensor and injectors

I might buy a few, I plan on preparing for ZombiePocalypse
